Countertop machines ride the courier
A Breville, a Jura, a De'Longhi or an E61 on a kitchen counter is collected from your address, repaired on the bench in San Jose and brought back. You do not box it and you do not drive it anywhere. Santa Cruz County and the Monterey Peninsula are collected on a scheduled run rather than on demand; we name the day when we call back.
Plumbed and commercial machines are serviced where they stand
A two-group bar machine, a plumbed home machine or a super-automatic in a hotel lobby does not get moved. A technician comes to it. A repair on either route starts with the same diagnostic. The $145 diagnostic is credited in full toward the repair when you approve the estimate.
